Pictured here, on the left, with his beautiful family, Sam Quilchez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of LCE Telecom. In his role as CEO, Sam sets the tone of the company.

Sam is a seasoned veteran in the telecommunications industry and over the past 22 years plus, has witnessed the technology, processes and people evolve from through the analog to 5G evolutions.  Sam used this extensive knowledge to create a family business in 2017, LCE. Luciana, Chandler, Emilio. His 3 kids.

His has hands-on experience with the build, upgrade, and service wireless infrastructure in California is extensive. When Sam started LCE his focus was on safety, productivity and the best customer service in the industry and it still is. He recognizes the importance of customer relations and the trust they put in LCE to ensure emergency responses are handled accordingly.
